What should I do if I receive an error message at checkout?

If you receive an error message please try the following:

– Double check that you’ve entered your card’s CVV and billing information correctly.
– Double check that your billing name, address and phone number match the same one that’s registered to your card.
– Check with your bank to make sure you’ve got sufficient funds in your account.
