How can I pause my subscription?

To change your next shipping date, all you need to do is:

– Login and head to the ‘Manage Subscription’ section.
– Click ‘Change My Next Shipping Date’.
– Choose your preferred date that you’d like to delay your next Daily Doser until and select ‘Confirm Date’. You’ll be billed 1-3 days before this.

However, if you’d prefer to pause indefinitely, just log in and click ‘Manage Subscription’ and here you’ll find the ‘​​Cancel My Plan’ button (this is the same as pausing). Within your Order History page, you’ll be able to see the status of your latest Daily Doser. If your latest delivery shows as ‘Currently Formulating’, this means the pharmacy is already in the process of making your next Personalised Solution, and you’ll be charged for this bottle. If you cancel while this is happening, the rest of your treatment plan will be cancelled and you won’t be charged for any future treatment.

When you’d like to restart your treatment, simply log back into your account, click on ​Reactivate My Treatment Plan and your treatment will be restarted.​
