How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, all you need to do is:

– Log in to your account

– Scroll down to the section ‘Need a break?‘

– Select Cancel Subscription and then follow the prompts till you see on your dashboard that your account is cancelled.

If you’d like to delay the date that you receive your next Daily Doser:

– Log in and head to the My Treatment Plan section.
– Click Manage My Order.
– Then click Make a Change and you’ll see Delay My Order.
– Choose your preferred date you’d like to delay your next Daily Doser until.
