How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, all you need to do is:

– Log in and head to the My Treatment Plan section.
– Click Manage My Order.
– Click Make a Change and you’ll see Cancel My Plan.
– Choose your cancellation reason, and your plan will be cancelled.

Within your Order History page, you’ll be able to see the status of your latest Daily Doser. If your latest delivery shows as ‘Currently Formulating’, this means the Feel Good Pharmacy is already in the process of making your next personalised solution, and you’ll be charged for this bottle. If you cancel while this is happening, the rest of your treatment plan will be cancelled and you won’t be charged for any subsequent treatment.

If you change your mind and would like to restart your treatment, simply go back to the Manage My Plan from the main dashboard, click Resume Subscription and your treatment will be restarted.

If you’d like to delay the date that you receive your next Daily Doser:

– Log in and head to the My Treatment Plan section.
– Click Manage My Order.
– Then click Make a Change and you’ll see Delay My Order.
– Choose your preferred date you’d like to delay your next Daily Doser until.
