Of course! You’re the expert of your skin, and if you feel like your Personalised Solution isn’t quite working for you, please send an email to hello@skinandme.com where our Dermatology Support Team can arrange for you to complete a reconsultation.
You’ll then have the opportunity to share your concerns and request with a Prescriber who will review your reconsultation and respond to you directly via email.
