Can I sign up if I already have a Skin + Me Pro account?

No, Skin + Me Essentials and Skin + Me Pro cannot be used together. You can only have one active Skin + Me subscription at a time, because tretinoin – the advanced retinoid in our formulas – is very potent and should not be doubled up.

It currently isn’t possible to switch from Skin + Me Pro to Skin + Me Essentials, or to join Essentials if you previously had a Pro account. We’re working on it, so watch this space.
