How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Skin + Me Essentials subscription any time after the first month of treatment has been shipped. 

How to cancel:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to “Cancel subscription”
3. Follow the steps provided

You can also delay the shipping date instead of cancelling if you’re not ready for the next treatment yet.

If you’d like to cancel your subscription but haven’t yet received the first month of treatment, please email our Support Team at hello@skinandme.com and they can cancel manually.
