Our consultation was designed to give our expert Dermatology Team all the information they need to make an accurate dermatological assessment of your skin\u2019s needs. The consultation contains a series of questions about your skin, previous skin treatments you\u2019ve used, and some basic, relevant questions about your medical history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All consultation questions should be answered thoroughly and truthfully \u2013 and always for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else. This is essential for us to diagnose you safely and accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The information you provide will be reviewed by our expert Dermatology Team and if you\u2019re eligible for treatment, they\u2019ll create a personalised prescription containing the most appropriate ingredients for your skin\u2019s needs. Your prescription will then be sent to the Feel Good Pharmacy, who will dispense your treatment and ship it to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In some cases, our Dermatology Team may let you know that we\u2019re unable to treat you, and will instead recommend that you visit your doctor or Dermatologist to discuss your skin concerns further. In this case, we will refund your payment and won\u2019t take any other charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are eligible for treatment, after 6 months, our Dermatology Team will set up a progress checkup with you to see how you and your skin are getting on with your Skin + Me treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
