Today, we’re talking to Antonia, who’s 48 from Tunbridge Wells, learning all about her skincare mistakes, current routine, and how she’s tackling her fine lines and wrinkles with Skin + Me. 

Tell us about your skincare journey over the years

I really didn’t look after my skin before, and only wore sunscreen if I went to the beach or on holiday. I really neglected my skin over the years, and it came to a point where I thought surgery or Botox would be the only way for me. Instead, I joined a skincare group and discovered the magic that is Skin + Me.  

When did you first start using Skin + Me? 

I started Skin + Me in January 2021 and it’s the best thing that has ever happened to me.

How has the process been overall? 

Since starting, I follow a strict routine of double cleanse, moisturiser and SPF50 every day, and after a couple of months, people started to comment on how glowing my skin looks. I’m now 10 months in, and I look at my before pictures and can’t believe it. My skin is glowing, my fine lines and wrinkles have improved and my sun damage disappeared. I’ve just been to a family wedding and been told I look 10 years younger. 

What advice would you give to someone struggling with their Skin + Me prescription?

I would recommend that people stick to a simple routine and follow the advice. Always remember your SPF50; I wish I had started this much earlier and not neglected my skin for years, but I urge anyone to start as it’s never too late.
