I take my time, put on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/c\/SkinandMeHQ\">YouTube<\/a> video and really indulge in every step, whether it\u2019s a little bit of facial massage one evening or a mask another.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I find if I do my skincare just before bed, I\u2019m too tired to allow myself the time to do a thorough routine, so instead, I apply most of my products early in the evening so they have time to absorb, and then one final moisturiser is applied along with a lip balm and hand cream just before bed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Skin + Me: <\/strong><em>Tell us a skincare\/beauty\/life secret everyone should know<\/em><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Josie:<\/strong> Aside from the fact that Skin + Me will totally change your skin and you\u2019ll wish you tried it sooner?! Haha! Honestly, I\u2019d say that it\u2019s so important to get outside every day.
